 Key Responsibilities:

·Finding business opportunity from retail market.

·Plan and implement sales initiatives and measures.

·Propose & implement different plans for increasing sales.

·Maintaining client relations and business relationship.

·To manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a product related service.

·To prepared Monthly Market Visit Plan, client hunt, creating new market opportunity.

 Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field. (Engineering background preferred)

·5-7 years of experience in Retail Sales (building materials, construction, or industrial sector preferred).

·Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· A positive, target-driven, and self-motivated attitude.
