Technical Solution- Option -01

Repair with Sika Monotop 122F

Application Process:

1.Remove dust, loose or friable particles, rust, scale, paint, cement laitance, old coatings to make the substrate sound, clean, homogeneous, free from oils and grease

2.Pre-wet the prepared substrate and keep the surface wet and do not allow to dry.

3.Apply a thin layer of bond coat with Sika Latex SBR or Sika Latex Power

4.Apply the prepared mortar onto the surface in a layer of max. 15 mm thickness

5.Cover the surface with a polyethylene film, use wet burlap, gunny bag or hessian cloth or water misting or apply Sika Antisol A4 curing compound for minimum 3–5 days.

Preparation of Bonding Coat

Mixing Ratio: 1:4:6

Mixing Of Monotop 122F

Mixing Ratio- Water : Powder = 0.15- 0.16

Available Packaging: 30 kg Bag

Note : Prepared material should be used within 20-30 minutes
