 Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services as per company requirements.

·         Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements (CS), and negotiate prices with vendors.

·         Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites or stores.

·         Maintain strong communication with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments.

·         Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.

·         Verify product quality, specifications, and quantities before purchase.

·         Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and related documentation.

·         Resolve supply-related issues, shortages, or delivery delays efficiently.

·         Maintain transparency, accountability, and ethical standards in all purchasing activities.

 Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

·         2–5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase.

·         Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

·         Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·         Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.

·         Knowledge of local sourcing, supplier development, and cost optimization techniques.
